This used Armi Sport M1862 Richmond was fully defarbed by Lodgewood about 3 years ago. It features a re-shaped stock, custom taper pins in the swivels, period correct inspector's cartouches and a correctly stamped barrel.

The stock is in great shape with a a few minor handling marks but no cracks or splits. A linseed oil finish was applied to the stock which gives the wood its great satin luster.

The lock holds solid on both full and half cock.

The barrel is very nice with an excellent bore which features sharp rifling and no major rust or pitting.

Included with this musket is a high quality reproduction US leather sling.

These weapons are currently very hard to find due to production shortages that occurred during the Pandemic. At the time of this writing, we were unable to find any major retailer that had any Armi Sport Richmonds in stock and ready to ship. This musket represents an excellent opportunity to pick up a fully defarbed Armi Sport Richmond for a price that's comparable to that of a stock musket!
