Here's a fantastic collector grade Colt. This Colt Signature Series 1860 Army with full fluted cylinder is unfired and includes its original box and paperwork. It is in near mint condition with only a few handling marks from storage. These revolvers differ from other reproduction on the market in that they were built and finished by Colt and feature all the proper roll stamps and finishes like bone charcoal color case hardening on the frame, hammer and loading lever.

This particular M1860 has a nice smooth action with a positive lock up. The bore and chambers are all excellent with no rust or pitting. Not only do these guns look good, but they shoot great! I've used my personal 3rd gen. 1860 in several competitions and am pleased to report that it shoots much more accurately than I can!

Colt discontinued these guns roughly 20 years ago so the opportunity to own a correctly marked Colt Revolver is becoming increasingly rare! Even more rare is the fact that this revolver features an early full fluted cylinder. These sharp looking cylinders were used on Colt's early production M1860's and have been meticulously replicated on a selected few Signature Series guns. Full fluted Signatures Series guns are rare - so rare that out of the more than two dozen 3rd Gen. M1860's we've sold over the years, this is only the second full fluted example we've encountered!
