Description

Here's a great Hewes and Phillips conversion of the M1816 Springfield musket. This musket is in excellent condition; making it an ideal choice for any shooter, collector, or reenactor.

The lock is in great shape with excellent markings and no major rust or pitting. The hammer holds solid on both full and half cock.

The stock is very nice with crisp edges and no cracks or splits.

The .69 caliber rifled barrel is full length and the bore is fair rifling and no major rust or pitting.

The furniture is all original including the ramrod and nipple

Included with this musket is an original bayonet which fits well and matches the gun very nicely.
