M1855 Springfield Bayonet & Scabbard

Original M1855 Springfield socket bayonet with seven rivet scabbard. The bayonet has an even, mottled-grey patina and a faintly stamped U.S. and number "15" on the socket. The leather on the scabbard is in poor condition.
