Merrill Navy Rifle Saber Bayonet

Merrill Navy Rifle Saber Bayonet in good condition. Blade is 25 1/8" long with an even salt and pepper patina, no rust. Along the middle of the blade are a few small chinks. A legible 1861 stamp is located near the base of the blade. The brass handle shows a lot of dents and scratches but retains a legible "G" sub-inspector mark and a serial number of 6073.
