Pedersoli M1777 Charleville

This rare musket is actually a Pedersoli M1777 Charleville with a M.T. Wickham-marked lock. These hybrid guns were imported by Navy Arms in the late '80/early '90s. They were imported with unmarked locks and then stamped in-house by Navy Arms in order to replicate a quasi-1816 musket (this was before Pedersoli introduced their 1816 reproduction).

This particular example is unfired. It was used by its previous owner for display and as a result, remains in excellent condition, with the exception of a few areas of light surface rust from storage (see pictures).

The stock is excellent with no cracks, chips, or other damage; only minor handling marks from storage. 

The lock works well with a perfect half and full cock and a crisp, snappy frizzen spring. 

The barrel is very nice inside and out with only some light surface rust and a near mint bore.
