We stand behind our merchandise and will gladly refund the purchase price of any of our parts or products  returned within 30 days after receiving the item, provided they have not been used or altered in any way. We offer no warranty on consumable products like bullet molds and cartridge cases. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is to pay return shipping on any and all returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

 

Original and used firearms are all backed by a 3 day inspection period from the date of arrival. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an original or used firearm purchased from us, you must notify us of your intent to return the firearm within 3 days of your receipt of the weapon. Any firearms return from us must be unfired and unmodified.

 

You must notify us via telephone if you wish to return any of our products. ALL returns must include a a copy of the original invoice. Failure to comply with these directives could result in up to a 15% restocking fee, or a denial of refund.
