Description

This beautiful Richmond Carbine was built using many original parts. The stock is a nicely shaped American Walnut piece from Dunlap Woodcrafts. All the edges are crisp and there are no cracks or chips anywhere.

The lock plate was made by Brian Haack. Haack lock plates are regarded by skirmishes as being the finest reproduction plates ever produced. The lock internals are all original; which give this lock a wonderfully smooth action and a solid half and full cock.

The barrel was custom-made by Bob Hoyt. The bore is very good with no rust or pitting. The sights are custom-made by master machinist Rich Cross, and are perfect copies of the original Richmond sights.

All furniture is original with the exception of the ram rod, rear butt stock swivel and Richmond brass butt plate; which are American-made reproductions.
