This Uberti 1860 Henry is unfired and chambered in .45 Colt. It was purchased new by its former owner and was only used for display purposes. As a result, the gun is in near mint condition with no major scratches or blemishes in the finishes.
Unlike standard production "steel frame" Henry's this particular rifle was been professionally reworked to be more historically accurate - the incorrect color case hardened finish has been removed from the receiver and the receiver was beautifully blued. (The overwhelming majority of steel-framed Henry's were blued. There are only two original guns known that have original case hardened receivers).
The action is buttery smooth and the bore is perfect with no rust or pitting.
These weapons are currently very hard to find due to production shortages that occurred during the Pandemic. At the time of this writing, we were unable to find any major retailer that had any Steel Frame Henrys in stock and ready to ship. Plus, we're offering this unfired weapon at a cost that is a full two hundred dollars less than MSRP.
